All of our homes are built by Magnolia Homes. These homes can be built to either the HUD Code or the IRC Code (commonly referred to as "Modular"). All of the following plans are currently available, although in Magnolia's continual effort in developing new product and designs, often discontinues certain plans with out prior notice.
